Soul Haven Returns & Refunds Policy

At Soul Haven, every gift box is prepared with prayerful intention and great care. If something isn’t right with your order, please reach out—we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns (Unopened & Unused Items Only)

Because many of our boxes include self-care and consumable items (such as tea, candles, and wellness goods), we can only accept returns for unopened and unused gift boxes in their original packaging.

  • Return window: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging (including any seals, tags, and inserts).
  • Non-returnable: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, tampered, or partially consumed items, including consumables and personal-care products.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and the email used at checkout.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (timing may vary by bank/payment provider).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (if any were paid).
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, etc.).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery so we can help quickly.

To help us resolve it, please include:

  1. a clear photo of the outer shipping box,
  2. photos of the damage to the product(s), and
  3. a photo of the packing slip (if included).

After review, we will offer a replacement or a refund for the affected item(s), depending on availability and the situation.

Gifts

If your order was sent as a gift, we’re happy to help. In many cases, we may offer store credit for eligible returns so the recipient can choose something they love. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Personalized or custom items
  • Sale/discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect)
  • Gift cards

Shipping Notes

Free shipping applies to the contiguous U.S. (48 states). Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO/DPO shipping is calculated at checkout.
